Fantastic Meditation App
High quality meditations available for free from UCLA. Really like the ones from Diana Winston and colleagues. Nicely designed app. You can bookmark the meditations you’re interested in doing. It takes a minute for the podcast to load, so you just have to practice mindfulness until it starts playing.
Fantastic Meditation app
I’ve been listening to the podcasts for a couple years and love this easy to access and bookmarkable app. The quality of mediations are excellent. The app is simple and easy to navigate.
Thank you for the work you do.
Simple and elegant
My introduction to mindfulness six years ago came through Diana Winston’s podcasts and I still come back to them on a regular basis. Delighted to know there is now a well-designed app to keep up with them. And the timer is a great touch!
